GENERAL TERMS

Supplied ARTWORK to be in a High Resolution (300dpi) JPG or PDF or Vector or Corel Draw format.
ARTWORK / REPRO PRICE : If you don’t currently have artwork or a Vector version of your logo, we can do the design/repro for you – please ask for a quote for this additional service.
CANCELLATION of order after start of artwork/repro may incur a R350 + vat per hour artwork fee equal to the amount of artwork time used so far.
REFUNDS may take up to 3 working days to process and will incur in a refund / handling fee of R 350 + Vat.
All artwork and materials will be the property of DOUBLE D SIGNS & GRAPHIX until paid for in full.
LEAD TIME reflected on your quote is APPROXIMATE WORKING DAYS for production FROM sign off of artwork proof (NOTE that this lead time is an estimate only and orders may be delayed due to Work Load or Electricity Outages).
Our prices are VOLUME BASED which means price will increase or decrease if final quantity or size differs from the original quote.
QUOTES are valid for 14 Days only.
UV life on inks printed onto STANDARD digital vinyl is 1-3yrs WITHOUT the UV/Scratch protection over laminate OR 3-5yrs WITH the UV/Scratch protection over laminate (not guaranteed).
Our inks are opaque so may not show up if printed onto CLEAR vinyl applied to a coloured background.

PAYMENT TERMS

LOCAL DURBAN CUSTOMERS : Strictly EFT or CASH on Collection of your order (or prior to installation).
OUT OF DURBAN CUSTOMERS : Strictly 100% UP FRONT VIZ EFT or CASH on sign off of final proof.
30 DAY ACCOUNTS – STRICTLY NOT AVAILABLE due to the current economic climate and the fact that our material suppliers require up-front payment.

EFT PAYMENTS – our bank details will be reflected on the final invoice.
CASH PAYMENTS – To be handed DIRECTLY TO OUR OFFICE we do not accept ATM CASH DEPOSITS.
DEBIT / CREDIT Card facilities are NOT available.
CHEQUES are NOT accepted.
Goods CANNOT be released without a proof of payment.
PRE PRO SAMPLE: An emailed proof will be sent to you for sign off before production, however, if you require us to make up a PRE PRO Sample ie. so you can see exactly what the finished product will look like, we do charge an additional UP FRONT FEE to cover materials and labour.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION: We can provide our install services for you – please ask for a quote for this additional service.
DIY INSTALLATION: Clients may choose to install their signage and / or decals themselves. (Please see disclaimer below).

DELIVERY

DURBAN CLIENTS: We can provide delivery of your order at an additional cost, once payment has been received.
Alternatively clients can provide their own courier to collect from our office in New Germany (please see Google maps).
OUT OF DURBAN CLIENTS: Please send your own courier to collect from our office in New Germany, once payment has been received. (please see Google maps).
ALTERNATIVELY, we can courier to you at an additional FEE subject to full payment for order & delivery fee having been received prior to delivery (Please see disclaimer below).
OUT OF SA CLIENTS – to send own courier to collect please – we cannot ship outside of SA.

DISCLAIMER

DELIVERY BY COURIER: We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit once the courier has collected your order from our office.
INSTALLATION: Vinyl will NOT stick to vehicles that have been polished with a WAX BASED polish, or to any surface that has loose fibres or dust/dirt/rust or materials such as cardboard, fabric etc. Re sprayed/painted surfaces need at least a MONTH to cure before applying stickers/decals. We cannot be held responsible for reprint/rerun of stickers that are the wrong SIZE due to incorrect dimensions supplied by the client, or are lifting or have bubbles or any other problems due to incorrect DIY installation by client as well as incorrect surface type &/or surface preparation.
